Chester series frames offer a classic, minimal design. These frames are available in black and natural finishes, and a variety of popular sizes. This stylish, modern frame is made from strong MDF that remains sturdy even at larger sizes and will not bow or distort like many low-cost frames.
Photo sizes up to and including 9x6" have glass fronts and white, removable picture mounts. Poster frames have lightweight, shatter-proof acrylic fronts, making them easy to hang on the wall in either portrait or landscape orientation using the built-in metal brackets.
For all frames, sizes detailed are given as the photo size the frame is intended for. This is the external size for poster frames without mounts, and the internal mount size for smaller frames supplied with white mounts.
Frames sized A2 and larger include two small 90-degree metal brackets to keep the back-board attached with extra security and ensure the outer frame does not bend. A small screwdriver is included with these frames to unscrew these brackets.
Poster frames are available in the following sizes in both black and natural colours: 30x40cm, A3, 40x50cm, A2, 50x70cm, A1. A 91x61cm maxi poster frame size is also available in black only.
Please note that each frame sized 30x40cm and larger has a clear protective film covering both sides of the acrylic front. This may show some slight marks or scratches upon opening your frame, but these will disappear when the film is removed.
The sizing given refers to the size of the photo within the mount of the frame. Note that for all frames with mounts, there is usually a 5mm overlap. For full frame size, please see the Product Specifications tab.
